For over 25 years Pete has championed the cause as a Senior Designer and Senior Art Director for Ad agencies such as Hero, FCB, EURO RSCG, Y&R, George Patterson/Y&R and more recently BWM. Brands worked on: Apple Computer, Acer, Vodafone, Telstra, Jaguar, Festival of Sydney, Novartis, AAP, FAI, AGC, Northern Territory Tourist Commission, Amatil Coca Cola, Sydney Conventions and Visitors Bureau, Integral, Caltex, Foxtel, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, Suncorp and more recently, Bigpond. Awarded nationally and internationally. Multi-award winner in ADMA (Australian Direct Marketing Association) in consecutive years, winner of a New York Echo for response, winner in the Amsterdam Design Expo and Young and Rubicam brands award for creative innovation.

TIZIANA DAMIANAKIS, MANAGING DIRECTOR

With over 20 years experience as a Business Consultant, Tiz has developed expertise in managing projects in planning and control. This includes identifying and analyzing areas which would benefit from the implementation of business processes and information technology. Having worked with a variety of organisations ranging from consultancies to multinationals, Tiz has continued to develop skills in project management, support, corporate training and procedural documentation. Extensive networking has cultivated a talent for forging strong relationships with key decision makers and other managers. More recently, her expertise has extended to marketing and event management. This has specifically involved the coordination of all aspects of state and national conferences, promotional and networking events including the management of marketing and promotional material. Tiz has also been a patron in a number of fundraising events over the past 10 years, raising funds for various schools and non-profit organisations.
